Purpose: casa seis provides information about its coliving and coworking programs, including contact forms and applications for temporary residencies (such as Autumn Residency).

What data do we collect?

Through our application forms (e.g. the Autumn Residency form) we collect: name, email, and your answers about what you'd like to work on, when you'd like to come, and how long you'd like to stay. We do not collect payment data or special-category data through this form. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy), we may collect browsing data: pages visited, interaction with the site, traffic source (e.g. whether you came from an Instagram ad), and technical device data.

Why do we process your data?

To manage and respond to your application or inquiry. To contact you regarding your application. To analyze website usage in order to improve it. To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Legal basis

Submitting an application form: performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and/or your explicit consent when submitting the form. Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, given via the site's cookie banner. You may withdraw it at any time.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell your data. We use the following providers, which act as data processors and may involve transferring data to the US (under appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses): Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) — website analytics. Meta (Meta Pixel) — advertising campaign measurement on Instagram/Facebook. Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) — on-site behavior analytics. Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and form submission storage.

How long do we keep your data?

Application data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your application and, after that, for the period required to comply with legal obligations. Cookie data is kept according to the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
